OHS&W Management / Supervisor Training

I am sure that you know someone,  promoted to the role of Supervisor or Manager and wondered if they really understood their new responsibilities they  automatically incur  as a new leader. 

This session is run over two days to drive and deliver a very practical session for new leaders just like them.  

As a participant you will work through:

• your role and responsibility within legislation
• a practical understanding of the OHSW Act and Regulations.
• understanding and developing risk assessments
• the four step process of managing hazards

As a new leader these are vital to get right  in any leadership position. Your participation in the session will offer real  opportunity to discuss examples that have real relevance to you and in turn the group.

This session will also develop your own network of peers as your career progresses.
